Before an applicant books in a viewing with one of our negotiators we take their full details to ensure the viewing does not waste your time or theirs.
Once a tenant has an offer accepted they fill in an online application with our referencing company who carry out the following checks:
- Full credit check to ensure the applicant has no undeclared CCJ's or bankruptcies
- Income report verifying multiple sources of income (bonuses, savings, etc)
- Previous landlord reference (if applicable)
- Fully employment reference and company validation
The reference company has an affordability calculator which is explain below for what a tenants minimum household earnings must be:
