Proud founder of Burnetts Estate Agents, Andrew has been in the estate agency world most of his career and has lived in the local area all his life. He is widely known, not just for his expert knowledge of the industry and the properties within our core areas, but also for being highly integrated in the community and generally a caring, passionate, and helpful man. As the business owner, he is always striving to improve the service Burnett’s can offer and to ensure that his staff enjoy their jobs whilst also living up to his high expectations, hence the business winning Best Estate Agency in 2023 and 2024. Andrew is always on hand and will assist with any of your property-related needs.

Having grown up in Flimwell and Mayfield, Jemima is very familiar with the local area. Her whole career has been in estate agency. She has worked for big corporate estate agents in the larger towns of Tunbridge Wells and Sevenoaks and has now returned to her roots. She is thoroughly enjoying providing a more personal level of service in a much happier and friendly community, with such a wide variety of interesting properties on offer. She brings with her a wealth of estate agency experience and knowledge and is certainly one for going the extra mile when it comes to delivering the highest level of service possible for clients and customers. Her diligent approach to every aspect of her job role is an asset to Burnett’s.

Ali is one of the kindest and friendliest people; and her attention to detail is second to none. Having worked in estate agency for over twenty years, she has seen and heard it all. Her calm approach to handling tricky situations is what makes her perfect as our primary sales progressor. Ensuring sales proceed through to exchange and completion is a vital role and we couldn’t do without her. Dealing with her is a breath of fresh air and she is on hand to assist in alleviating some of the stress that can, from time to time, build up during the conveyancing stage of sales/purchases.

Caron has lived and worked in the local area for over 40 years. She gets involved with several clubs and events in the Wadhurst area and knows what’s what, so she is the best person to speak to if you are considering moving to the area. Estate agency runs in her family, and she has a knack for matching people to properties. Her professional experience, extensive local knowledge and compassion makes her indispensable to the team and a joy to work with.

Melanie is a friendly and supportive member of the team. She has lived in Mayfield for many years, having brought up a family here. She assists in every element of our day-to-day business, from conducting viewings to negotiating sales. She is a great person to speak to if you are thinking of moving to the Mayfield area.
