For example, if someone registers with one of the RAN agents in Tunbridge Wells or Sevenoaks but they are looking in a wider area, that agent refers the buyer to us so that we can assist them. Quality not Quantity
Some agents focus all their efforts on getting as many properties on their books as possible, rather than serving them. In fact, some earn commission just for winning an instruction, or have targets in terms of the number of properties they have to get instructed on within a month, so they focus their efforts on that. Even those with the best intentions are often limited as to what they can do when they have a lot of properties on all at once, because they cover such a wide area and/or offer incentives to win lots of instructions, only to find they have no time to talk to their clients or stay on top of the progress of the marketing effort or sale.
As a local agent, specialising in a more focused area, we wont always have as many properties on our books as some of our bigger competitors, but this does mean that we can better serve those clients that we do have.

We like to go the extra mile in terms of getting to know our properties and clients. Understanding your requirements and your property help us to help you. We will ask you to complete a Property Information Questionnaire about your property prior to marketing, and will ask questions about the property to more effectively be able to market it.
We carry out all of our own viewings, so you know the property is being sold by those who know it. That way we get to know our buyers a lot better as well and can more effectively match them to the right properties. Many agents either don’t accompany viewings or send out viewing staff who probably haven’t seen the property before or met with you and can’t answer any questions or be of any assistance other than gaining entry. Marketing power
Again, as an independent agent, we have the power to adapt our marketing to suit each individual property and we can discuss this with you and tailor it rather than imposing a set marketing package.
We advertise on all the major property portals including Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket, and are constantly looking at ways to improve our reach in terms of finding buyers for our clients.
We know that not every client has the budget to spend on marketing their property prior to selling it, and in the majority of instances we can offer a free of charge marketing package. If, however, you are able to invest in the marketing, there are a number of options we can discuss with you including drone photography and videos, walk-through tours and glossy brochures. We can discuss the benefits of these with you and tailor a marketing plan to suit you.
