In the event that we have not agreed a sale within the first month, we will meet with you and discuss the marketing strategy that we have used, and what we can do next. We will discuss:
- Marketing to date
- Viewing feedback
- Website statistics and ‘click-through’ rates
- The general market conditions
- New properties on the market, i.e. competition and any recent sales
- Options moving forwards, i.e. keep the status quo, new photographs, the need for a For Sale board, buyer incentives, price changes, or a revised strategy (including auctions)
